Our travel agent, Lisa Rees, practically worked a miracle getting our trip to the Azores scheduled on very short notice. We needed five flights, three hotels and three rental cars on three different islands for our trip. Lisa arranged exactly the trip we envisioned and all our reservations worked out perfectly. Lisa Rees, our travel consultant, was great to work with.
She was always available for any questions or concerns we had and was extremely responsive. She provided us with a packet of all the information (itinerary, tickets, etc.) well in advance of our trip and even met with us in person to discuss our upcoming travel plans. As an extra special touch, there was a personal welcome note and a box of chocolates when we arrived at the hotel. I would recommend Lisa to anyone planning a vacation!

Having Lisa Rees plan our trip to 3 different countries was more than wonderful! Everyone of our questions were answered, some plans were revised & contact with Lisa was kept throughout our 4 month planning period.
